1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The information provided at registration will be used for identity verification (KYC) and financial processing purposes.

• Full name as shown on official identification documents.
• An active and reachable phone number.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Accurate date of birth required for age verification.
• Bank account or digital wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Kis98 reserves the right to decline registration or close any account if the information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.

Account passwords are entirely the player's responsibility. KIS98 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, KIS98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. Wins from rounds affected by a technical disruption will not be paid out.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Kis98 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against rule-violating conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud, document forgery, or the provision of false information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion between players in live games or wagering to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering or the use of funds derived from illegal activities.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Kis98 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
